• Abstract:

   In the context of the normalization of the epidemic situation, how to break through this dilemma and achieve sustainable development is a major test facing the operators of cultural enterprises. In order to support epidemic prevention and control, help Jiangxi cultural enterprises solve difficulties, and promote stable and rapid economic development, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism issued a number of effective policies to deal with the epidemic and support cultural enterprises to solve difficulties on the basis of vigorously implementing the tax reduction and fee reduction policy in China. This paper studies the policy of tax and fee reduction and its impact, and analyzes the policy path of cultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province under the influence of COVID-19, in order to help cultural enterprises in Jiangxi Province solve their difficulties.
