  • Abstract:

Analyze the effects of equipment exercise on body fat metabolism levels and T lymphocyte subsets in elderly individuals. Method: 34 elderly individuals who independently signed up for equipment exercise were selected. Routine equipment exercise was performed on 34 elderly individuals, and their serum protein, body fat content, defatted weight, weight, and weight percentage were measured. The impact of equipment exercise on the body fat metabolism level of the elderly was analyzed; 34 elderly people were subjected to 91% high-intensity aerobic and anaerobic equipment exercise, and the number of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+T lymphocyte subsets in their blood was measured to analyze the impact of equipment exercise on the T lymphocyte subsets of the elderly body. Result: Routine instrument exercise has a positive impact on body fat metabolism in the elderly, with a significant decrease in body fat percentage and a slight increase in body weight after fat removal; Under high-intensity instrument exercise, the CD8+and CD4+/CD8+values in the elderly body change significantly, and the T lymphocyte subpopulations are severely damaged, which has a negative impact on the immune ability of the elderly body. Conclusion: Elderly people need moderate exercise when exercising with equipment and should not engage in high-intensity exercise.
