  • Abstract:

Taking a certain polysaccharide/peptide substance as the research object, explore its immunomodulatory effect on a certain cell or mouse. Under the premise of sufficient preparation of materials, reagents, and equipment, mouse cell suspensions are prepared to culture cells and observe the changes in cell morphology. Polysaccharide/polypeptide substances will directly act on cells or mice. Analyze the cell activity of certain polysaccharide/polypeptide substances on mice, the NO released in phagocyte, and the influence of polysaccharide/polypeptide substances on cell morphology. The experimental results showed that the cell activity of mice ranged from 12.5 to 50 μ The concentration range of polysaccharides/peptides in g/mL is relatively strong; twenty-five μ G/mL and 50 μ G/mL polysaccharides/peptides have a strong stimulating effect on cells, and at this concentration, cells release relatively more NO; At 25 μ G/mL and 50 μ At a concentration of g/mL polysaccharides/peptides, the cellular changes were more pronounced. By analyzing the effects of polysaccharides/peptides on mouse splenic lymphocyte proliferation and induction of splenic lymphocyte secretion, it can be concluded that polysaccharides/peptides can promote mouse splenic lymphocyte proliferation and induce splenic lymphocyte secretion, indicating that polysaccharides/peptides have a good immunomodulatory effect on certain cells or mice.
