  • Abstract:

Study the impact of fitness on the rehabilitation effect of hypertension in the elderly. Methods 75 elderly retired from four colleges and universities in Anhui Province with grade 1 hypertension or grade 2 hypertension were selected as the research object, 40 people were randomly selected as the experimental group, and the remaining 35 people as the control group. The experimental group took amlodipine besylate and the control group took amlodipine besylate, combined with the changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the elderly in the early, middle and late stages of each group Analyze the effect of fitness on promoting the rehabilitation of hypertension in the elderly by analyzing the changes in the average dynamic blood pressure, heart rate, and serum endothelial factor levels. The results showed that the immediate blood pressure of the elderly in the experimental group decreased from the first level of hypertension to the critical level of hypertension at the end of exercise; The dynamic blood pressure of the elderly in the experimental group decreased from level 2 of hypertension to level 1 of hypertension at the end of exercise. The decrease in early, middle, and late systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05); The heart rate of the elderly in the experimental group decreased by 6.55 beats per minute in the late stage of exercise compared to the early stage, and the heart rate of the elderly in the middle and late stages of exercise was higher than that of the control group; The serum ET-1 content in the middle and late stage experimental groups was lower than that in the control group, while the NO content was higher than that in the control group. The serum NO content in the late stage experimental group increased by 9.21 µ mol/L compared to the early stage, and the ET-1 content decreased by 17.73pg/ml. Conclusion: Fitness can reduce the immediate and dynamic blood pressure levels, heart rate levels, and likelihood of hypertension recurrence in elderly hypertensive patients, improve vascular endothelial function, and promote the recovery of hypertension in the elderly.
