  • Abstract:

In recent years, there are a large number of functional drinks to alleviate sports fatigue on the market. Okra lily beverage is one of them. In order to study the effect of okra lily beverage on the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue, 100 students from a sports college were selected to carry out experiments. The blood pressure, heart rate and vital capacity of the experimenters after exercise were tested, and the blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, creatine phosphokinase, lactate dehydrogenase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase content of the experimenters seven days after exercise and the changes of the blood urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, creatine phosphokinase, lactate dehydrogenase The subjective feeling of the experimenters showed that the parameters of the experimenters who drank okra lily beverage could be restored to the pre-exercise state in a relatively short time, which indicated that okra lily beverage could improve the recovery effect of sports fatigue, and with the increase of the amount of okra Lily beverage, the recovery effect of sports fatigue was improved.
