  • Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the physical quality of middle school students in Hefei, and explore the characteristics of cardiovascular response of students after exercise under different exercise intensities. Methods: From March 2017 to March 2018, 600 middle school students in Hefei were selected for questionnaire survey and physical examination. 600 teenagers were divided into experimental groups with 200 students in each group. Group 1 had high-intensity aerobic training, Group 2 had moderate-intensity aerobic training, and Group 3 had low-intensity aerobic training. Analysis of variance was used to compare the cardiovascular responses of the three groups under different exercise intensities. Results: The indexes of cardiac function index, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and average arterial blood pressure of students with moderate and high intensity aerobic exercise decreased significantly, but there was no significant difference between moderate and high intensity aerobic exercise groups. There is no significant change in all indexes before and after the low-intensity aerobic exercise experiment. Conclusion: Increase the exercise intensity of middle school students appropriately, and improve the influence of aerobic exercise on cardiovascular system response by adjusting the exercise speed, number of groups, repetition times, form and functional state during exercise training.
