  • Abstract:

Objective: To understand the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications in patients with chronic kidney disease and analyze the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. Methods: 200 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients with chronic kidney disease were divided into cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications group (disease group) and non-vascular diseases group (no disease group), with 100 cases in each group. The incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, the interaction between chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications were analyzed. Methods: 168 cases of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients with chronic kidney disease were divided into cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complication group (disease group) and non-vascular disease group (no disease group) with 84 cases each, and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, the interaction between chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications were analyzed. Results: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications mostly occur in women, and the higher the age, the higher the disease probability. The main complications are hypertension > diabetes > heart disease > hyperlipidemia > anemia, etc. Conclusion: Age is one of the risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, so it is necessary to find out the complications and severity of chronic kidney diseases as early as possible, pay attention to the influence of hypertension, diabetes, heart diseases, hyperlipidemia, anemia and other factors on chronic kidney diseases, and take routine drug treatment in time.
