  • Abstract:

Objective: Non-thoracotomy trauma has great influence on all systems of the whole body, and postoperative cardiovascular complications are particularly common. In order to effectively avoid cardiovascular complications in the elderly after operation, the risk factors were analyzed. Methods: The clinical data of 142 elderly patients with non-cardiac surgery from July 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, patients with cardiovascular complications were divided into the observation group and those without cardiovascular complications into the control group. The effects of age, sex and surgical type on cardiovascular complications after noncardiac thoracotomy were compared between the two groups. Results: More than 75% of the 46 cases of cardiovascular complications occurred within 48 hours after operation, and the age of cardiovascular complications was 70 years old. Male patients with more than two cardiovascular diseases and other medical diseases had a higher probability of inducing postoperative cardiovascular complications. Conclusion: Medical staff should be familiar with and master the cardiovascular complications after thoracic surgery, closely monitor the patient's signs within 48 hours after surgery, and carry out necessary prevention and nursing.
