  • Abstract:

Objective: As a common clinical department, with the deepening of the aging trend, the number of patients in cardiovascular medical ward is increasing, and the scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety factors of cardiovascular medical nurses are obviously improved. In order to improve the nursing quality of cardiovascular internal medicine, three levels of nurse management were constructed. Methods: The period from January 2017 to July 2017 was selected as the evaluation time, and the nursing quality of cardiovascular internal medicine department was evaluated after the hierarchical management mode of nurses was introduced in our hospital during this period. According to the hierarchical management organization of nurses, the job responsibilities of head nurses, senior responsible nurses and junior responsible nurses in cardiovascular department are defined, and the nurses are trained and assessed at different levels. To compare the nursing quality of cardiovascular internal medicine before and after implementing the hierarchical management model of nurses in our hospital. Results: The hierarchical management mode of nurses can effectively reduce interpersonal sensitivity factors, depression factors, anxiety factors and total scores of nurses in cardiovascular medicine, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05), and improve nurses' sense of value and job satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion: By implementing the hierarchical management mode of nurses, the nursing quality of cardiovascular internal medicine can be effectively improved, and the quality nursing service satisfying cardiovascular patients can be provided.
