  • Abstract:

Objective: To understand the status quo and influencing factors of adverse emotions of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients, and to explore the effect of hierarchical nursing management on improving adverse emotions and quality of life of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients. Methods: The clinical data of 120 patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors treated in Shenyang Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were statistically analyzed. All patients were divided into two groups according to coin-throwing random method, that is, the observation group was given hierarchical nursing mode, with a total intervention of 12 months. The bad mood and quality of life of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: The compliance rate of blood pressure, blood sugar and blood lipid in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications, high sodium salt, overweight and obesity were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Hierarchical nursing management can better reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk factors, significantly alleviate patients' bad mood, and have a positive preventive effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular patients.
