  • Abstract:

Objective: Due to physiological factors and organ aging of the elderly, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and coronary heart disease continues to increase. Apart from drug treatment, these diseases need intervention measures such as living habits and self-care. In order to effectively control the risk factors affecting health and disease development, multiple nursing interventions were put forward. Methods: In this study, 210 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in a hospital in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province were studied and analyzed. 210 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 105 cases in each group. The control group only adopted conventional nursing, while the intervention group adopted diversified nursing interventions on the basis of conventional nursing, and compared the differences of negative emotions and quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension between the two methods. Results: The cardiac function indexes of patients were evaluated before and after 3 months of intervention. The total score of cardiac function indexes of elderly hypertensive patients in intervention group is higher than that of control group, which can effectively eliminate anxiety, irritability and other unhealthy psychology, and actively participate in monitoring and treatment. Conclusion: The application of diversified nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients can significantly reduce their negative emotions, reduce complications and effectively improve their quality of life.
