  • Abstract:

In order to improve the correlation of important risk factors in cardio cerebral diseases, the relationship between gene polymorphism in cardio cerebral disease risk factors and hyperlipidemia was studied. Genotypes of hyperlipidemia patients and healthy people were detected by full sequence gene sequencing, and the genotype constituent ratio, i.e. distribution characteristics, were analyzed to explore the differences, so as to analyze the correlation between gene polymorphism and dyslipidemia. In addition, the syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis was significantly higher than that of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and the syndrome of phlegm stagnation in E2/2+E2/3 was significantly lower than that of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, the syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis, and the syndrome of liver and kidney yin deficiency ε 4. The allele frequency was significantly higher than that of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome. It was concluded that ApoE genotype polymorphism had a certain correlation with TCM syndrome characteristics of hyperlipidemia.
