  • Abstract:

Objective: To compare the fibrinogen (Fg) of the elderly without cardio cerebrovascular disease and patients with cardio cerebrovascular disease β- 455G/Aβ- 148C/Tβ- The frequency distribution of 448G/A gene polymorphism, Fg molecular reactivity and the relationship with plasma Fg level were studied to study the correlation between fibrinogen gene polymorphism and ischemic cardio cerebrovascular disease. Methods: A case-control study was conducted based on the geriatric hospital. 250 elderly people without cardio cerebrovascular disease and patients with cardio cerebrovascular disease were selected for the study. The gene frequency distribution was analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphism, and the plasma Fg level was analyzed by Clauss method. Results: In the elderly without cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, alleles β- 455G/Aβ- 148C/Tβ- The frequency of 448G/A is 0.172, 0.183 and 0.186; In the elderly with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, the frequency of myocardial infarction patients was 0.302, 0.322, 0.316 respectively; The frequency in patients with cerebral infarction was 0.182, 0.203 and 0.192 respectively. Alleles in the elderly with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases β- 455G/Aβ- 148C/Tβ- The frequency of 448G/A is higher than that of the elderly without cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The three polymorphic loci - 455G, - 148C, 448G or - 455A, - 148T, 448A were closely linked, with a coincidence rate of more than 97.5%. The plasma Fg levels of the three polymorphic loci in the two groups were β- 455: (3.15 ± 0.73) g/L and (2.88 ± 0.61) g/L; β- 148: (3.20 ± 0.35) g/L and (2.87 ± 0.83) g/L; β- 448: (3.13 ± 0.74) g/L and (289 ± 0.57) g/L Prompt Fg β- 455G/Aβ- 148C/Tβ- The three polymorphisms of 448G/A gene were not related to the plasma Fg level, but related to the onset of myocardial infarction. Conclusion: Fibrinogen gene polymorphism is associated with ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and increases the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
