  • Abstract:

Purpose: To analyze the diagnostic effect of serum CRP test combined with dynamic electrocardiogram on adult viral myocarditis. Method: Forty adult patients with viral myocarditis were selected as the experimental group, and 40 healthy people who received health examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The patients in the experimental group took venous blood samples at the first, third, seventh and fourteenth days after admission, and detected the serum CRP level by immunoturbidimetry. The patients in the control group detected the serum CRP level by immunoturbidimetry during physical examination. Dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) and conventional electrocardiogram (ECG) were used to examine the patients in the experimental group. The CRP levels of patients in the observation group and the control group were analyzed and compared in different time periods. Result: The CRP level of the patients in the experimental group showed a gradual downward trend. The CRP level was (24.66±5.34)mg/L on the first day of admission and (8.72±1.20)mg/L on the 14th day of admission. The CRP level in the control group was (8.53±1.27)mg/L at the time of physical examination, and the CRP level was at the highest level on the first and third days of admission. The CRP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the first and third day of admission (P<0.05). The abnormal rate of dynamic ECG and routine ECG was 93.02% and 75.58%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two methods (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of serum CRP test and dynamic electrocardiogram can improve the diagnostic reliability of myocarditis and can be used as a more effective diagnostic technique.
