Abstract: In order to enable the cardio cerebrovascular major students to enter the social work more smoothly after graduation, the government departments have introduced many relevant policies on college students' employment to support them. However, in recent years, the "slow employment" trend of medical graduates in colleges and universities has become more and more common. Whether in college graduates or in the social field, many people believe that the employment environment of college graduates is too competitive, which leads to their growing fear of employment. In order to help college graduates get rid of the "slow employment" trend, this paper will analyze the causes and effects of the "slow employment" trend in colleges and universities. Based on the current employment situation, this paper discusses the methods to improve the quality of precision employment in colleges and universities under the trend of "slow employment", so as to improve the employment quality of college graduates in China.
