  • Abstract:

    The teaching of higher vocational medical nursing in work process was studied on. Higher social talent was a part of the composition in the society, so the whole talent level of the community was affected by the extent of their knowledge level directly. The medical care was the most important location to focus on personnel medical care in the part of medical care, so the study of vocational courses was very important for improving teaching quality of care effect. Their own ways of learning was used in the traditional teaching methods, in which, the teachers cannot monitor the learning state of each person at real-time, so the effect of learning was very poor. In order to improve the bad teaching situation, the teaching of higher vocational medical nursing in work process was proposed in this paper, the theoretical guidance, comparative analysis, discussion and analysis were used to evaluate the effect, the questionnaires and other methods were taken to improve the curriculum, with much experiment, the result shows that the improved teaching method can adapt to the modern working process of learning well, the teaching effect has been improved significantly.
