  • Abstract:

The current domestic mushroom production volume and area have increased dramatically, occupying a certain share in the market. In order to further improve the quality and production efficiency of Lentinula edodes, a new model for the development and quality management of liquid strains of Lentinus edodes enterprises was proposed. The general technological route for the research and development of strains was given, and the research and development of liquid mushroom strains were carried out according to this route. The experimental results show that the liquid strains can fully meet the relevant national standards. The prepared liquid strain was applied as a substitute cultivation method. The application results show that the current growth of mushrooms is optimistic, and there is no difference between the mushroom growth and the solid strain cultivation. However, the entire production cycle of liquid mushroom cultivation is shorter. Finally, the quality management suggestions in the cultivation and production of Lentinula edodes were given from the aspects of production technology, bacteria species, pests and diseases, mushroom production, production environment, etc., in order to provide reference for researchers of edible fungus cultivation.
