  • Abstract:

In order to make the success rate and safety value of assisted reproductive technology reach the ideal standard, the development potential of early embryo under the influence of oocyte mitochondrial function was studied. Mitochondria as early embryo with the original structure of oocytes in numerical quantities by the largest organelles, can not only provide mature oocytes and DNA transcription and translation of zygote during energy, can also be of oocyte activation of apoptosis process, such as calcium oscillation start life behavior ability, and all the mitochondrial structure in the early embryonic organization all oocytes from the original. In addition, the functional damage of mitochondrial structure is also closely related to the quality reduction of early embryo and the aging of oocytes. Kunming white mice were used as animal model to study the above factors in two parts. According to the analysis of the experimental results, both the age of oocytes and the feasibility of mitochondrial function transplantation have an impact on the energy supply characteristics of the progenitor cells. After fertilization, the older and more mature oocytes are, the more likely they are to lead to early embryo apoptosis, thus inhibiting the stimulation of their developmental potential.
