  • Abstract:

In order to study the regulation effect of Tricholoma matsutake polysaccharide on the radiation injury site in rats, 60 healthy male rats and 30 healthy magnetic rats were selected, weighing between (120±30) g, feeding under suitable conditions for one week, and pre-treatment.Then, 90 rats were treated with X-ray irradiation for one week, and different Agaricus blazei polysaccharide treatment was carried out. The rat lymphocyte content and the value-added activity were detected, and the effect of Agaricus blazei polysaccharide on rat injury cells was adjusted. Experiments were carried out to verify the adjustment time of the damage. The results of the analysis showed that Agaricus blazei polysaccharide can regulate the lymphocyte proliferation activity and erythrocyte solubility, and regulate the tissue cells of rats after radiation injury. At the same time, the concentration of 45% Agaricus blazei polysaccharide has the best damage repair effect. Polysaccharide performance studies have contributed.
