  • Abstract:

    After digestive system operation and organ perforation, improper treatment can easily cause abdominal infection and other diseases. For this reason, patients will take corresponding anti-abdominal infection drugs to prevent infection. Under the above background, the meta-analysis of the anti-abdominal infection characteristics of fleroxacin was carried out by using PCR sequencing method, taking tegacycline, ertapenem, moxifloxacin and sparfloxacin as control items. The study is divided into two parts: The first part is the anti-abdominal infection experiment of fleroxacin based on PCR sequencing, including experimental data, experimental subjects, experimental environment, experimental drugs, and PCR sequencing methods. The second part carries out meta-analysis of the anti-abdominal infection characteristics of fleroxacin. After each course of treatment, the anti-abdominal infection characteristics of five drugs are analyzed, including recovery rate, effective rate, bacterial clearance rate and adverse reaction rate. The results showed that the anti-abdominal infection characteristics of fleroxacin were better than those of tigacycline, ertapenem, moxifloxacin and sparfloxacin, which indicated that fleroxacin could help patients recover better and faster and reduce the incidence of abdominal infection.
