  • Abstract:

In order to study the immunoregulation pharmacological action of Polysaccharide from edible fungus fruiting body, on the basis of relevant theories of the mechanism of immunoregulation pharmacological action of organism, prepare edible fungus fruiting body, experimental animal, experimental reagent and experimental instrument. Polysaccharide was extracted from edible fungus body samples and prepared into solutions of 0.1mg/ml, 0.25mg/ml and 0.5mg/ml. It was injected into mice in groups. The control group was set up and the changes of immune indexes of mice in different groups were observed. The data of immune indexes were collected and processed by IBM SPSS 19.0. When the concentration of polysaccharide was 0.5mg/ml, the index of lymphocyte activity increased by 5.36 ± 3.35 and the increment rate of lymphoid immune cells increased by 59.78%. The polysaccharide of edible fungus fruiting body can effectively improve the immune regulation ability of the body, and has higher pharmacological effect, and the higher the concentration of polysaccharide, the stronger the pharmacological effect.
