  • Abstract:

     a total of 70 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into psychological nursing intervention group and control group, with a total of 35 patients, who were treated in the Department of infectious diseases in a hospital from October 2016 to ~2016 in November. The psychological nursing intervention group and the control group were given conventional antiviral therapy, supplemented by the same nutritional measures. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The treatment compliance, psychological changes and long-term clinical efficacy of psychological nursing intervention group and control group were recorded. The results showed that the compliance rate and clinical efficacy of psychological nursing intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the psychological status was better than the control group. It shows that psychological nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B, improve the psychological state of patients, improve the clinical efficacy, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
