  • Abstract:

    Objective: To study the nursing and rehabilitation exercise after fracture operation, to improve the level of nursing and rehabilitation training after fracture surgery, and to promote bone growth and rehabilitation after bone surgery, and to avoid postoperative dysfunction. Methods: After fracture operation is needed, the proper care after fracture operation and rehabilitation exercise is promoting bone growth and the key to the rehabilitation of patients with fracture, in fracture surgery rehabilitation functional training process and the degree of injury and exercise intensity different fractures were identified and need to according to "strong, strong, weak, weak," the order, to define the different fracture damage, in the third week after fracture operation, a range of shoulder adduction and flexion contact, the main practice method for climbing ladder and elbow flexion and extension movement. According to the patients' fracture severity level of the level of care, focusing on the patient's diet and rest, appropriate to eat light food. Eat more fruits, plus drugs, 30 days after surgery can move around, more than the sun, promote calcium growth, after a long bones can increase activities. Results: The results showed that the recovery of the patients with functional exercise, and the recovery of patients was good, and the incidence rate of dysfunction was reduced. Conclusion: The optimized nursing and reasonable rehabilitation exercise after fracture surgery has important function and significance for promoting the recovery and treatment of fracture patients.
