• Abstract:

  Objective: To explore the effect of detail nursing on conservative treatment of chronic myocarditis. Methods: 120 patients with myocarditis surgery who came to the hospital for treatment were collected and studied. They were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group, with 60 patients in each group. After the surgery, the control group used conventional rehabilitation care, and the observation group used detailed care in conventional rehabilitation methods. The treatment efficiency, preoperative anxiety, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96% and 88% respectively; The preoperative anxiety of the patients in the observation group was 50,20 ± 1.12, and that of the patients in the control group was 90.62 ± 1.42. There was a significant difference in the preoperative anxiety of the patients; In terms of postoperative satisfaction, the patient satisfaction of the observation group was 98.12 ± 1.05, and that of the control group was 80.25 ± 1.43. The patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: The method of detailed treatment for patients with myocarditis is helpful to reduce postoperative complications, reduce preoperative anxiety, improve the treatment efficiency and patient satisfaction, which is of great significance for popularization.
