  • Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the effects of exercise on body fat metabolism and T lymphocyte subsets in elderly patients. Methods: Thirty-four elderly people who registered to participate in instrument exercise independently were selected. Thirty-four elderly people were given routine instrument exercise, and their serum protein, body fat content, fat-free weight, body weight and body weight percentage were measured. The effects of instrument exercise on body fat metabolism were analyzed. Thirty-four elderly people were given 91% high-intensity aerobic exercise. The number of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + T lymphocyte subsets in the blood of the elderly was measured by instrument exercise and anaerobic instrument exercise, and the effects of instrument exercise on T lymphocyte subsets in the elderly were analyzed. Results: Routine machine exercise had a positive effect on body fat metabolism in the elderly, with a significant decrease in body fat percentage and a slight increase in body fat loss. Under high-intensity instrument exercise, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ values of the elderly body changed significantly, and T lymphocyte subsets were seriously damaged, which had a negative impact on the immune capacity of the elderly body. Conclusion: The elderly in the machine exercise, the need for moderate exercise, do not take high-intensity exercise.
