  • Abstract:

Objectives To study the effect of fitness on hypertension rehabilitation in the elderly. Methods Select retired four universities in anhui province and the elderly with grade 1 or grade 2 hypertension 75 cases as the research object, a random sample of 40 people as experimental group, the remaining 35 people as control group, experimental group to carry on the early, middle and late three stages of exercise and taking benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine, the control group taking benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine, Combined with the changes of immediate systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean dynamic blood pressure, heart rate and serum endothelin level of the elderly in the early, middle and late stage of each group, the effect of fitness on promoting the rehabilitation of hypertension in the elderly was analyzed. Results In the experimental group, the immediate blood pressure at the end of exercise decreased from grade 1 to critical hypertension. The dynamic blood pressure of the elderly in the experimental group at the end of exercise decreased from grade 2 hypertension level to grade 1 hypertension level, and the decrease of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group at the early, middle and end of exercise was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). The heart rate of the elderly in the experimental group at the end of exercise was 6.55 times/min lower than that in the early exercise, and the heart rate of the elderly in the experimental group at the middle and end of exercise was higher than that in the control group. The serum ET-1 content in the middle and late stage experimental groups was lower than that in the control group, while the serum NO content was higher than that in the control group. The serum NO content in the late stage experimental group was 9.21µmol/L higher than that in the early stage, and the ET-1 content was 17.73pg/ mL lower. Conclusions Exercise can reduce the level of immediate blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure, the level of heart rate and the possibility of hypertension recurrence, improve the vascular endothelial function and promote the rehabilitation of hypertension in the elderly.
