  • Abstract:

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of postoperative nursing on preventing infection of acute myocarditis. Methods: 98 patients with acute suppurative myocarditis were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. In the experiment, the control group will adopt conventional nursing methods, while the observation group will adopt a combination of conventional and postoperative nursing methods for nursing, and then compare the recovery of the two groups of patients after surgery. Results: According to the results of the comparative study, the comprehensive score of the observation group was 95.61%, while that of the control group was 72.52%. There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of routine care and postoperative care for patients with acute suppurative myocarditis after operation can prevent postoperative infection and reduce patients' pain, which is of clinical significance.
